Resort Physical Accessibility

The Inn at Otter Crest is a unique, 35-acre resort built on a forested hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Because of the age of the structures and the rugged cliffside terrain, we want to ensure all guests are aware of the physical layout of the property:

• Multi-Level Design: The resort is built on a multi-level design with various elevations.

• Walking Paths: Levels are connected by walking paths that are accessible primarily by foot or service carts.

• Guest Assistance: To assist guests with mobility needs, our bell staff is available 24 hours a day to provide transportation via service carts to and from guest rooms and the main office.

• Unit Access: Please be aware that many units require climbing stairs for access.
